Below are steps for troubleshooting your fax machine:
1. Check for a dial tone on fax machine or other phones to confirm there is a connection, if you don’t hear a dial tone please troubleshoot (no dial tone).
2. If other phones have a dial tone, bypass any outlets and plug your fax machine directly into the phone ports located in the back of the MTA modem.
3. If your fax machine still isn’t getting dial tone, please contact Wave’s technical support team.
