How do I set up my email address on Windows Mail?

1. Open Windows Mail.
2. Click on the Tools to open a drop down menu. Then click on the Accounts.
3. The Select Accounts Type window will appear. Click on Email Account and then select Next.
4. In the Display Name dialogue box type the name as you want it to appear to other people, then click the Next button.
5. In the Email Address box, type your full email address (e.g., then click Next.
6. In the Email Server Name window, choose POP3 for the server type, then type your Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server names as listed in the FAQ on information needed to set up your account. Once you have filled in these details, click Next.
7. Next fill in the User Name you use to log on to your email account. The username is the first part of your email address before the @ symbol (e.g. johndoe), then click the Next.
8. The final window to appear congratulates you on completing the details requested. All you need to do is click Finish and your email account is ready to use.
